Red Rain of the 10th Character!!

I had made a few changes in-game... 

But I am more focused on the 10th Character that requires mid-boss! You may ask, is she harder than the last stage? Just be careful not to underestimate her in a competition! Her Red Rain is what it is like to be a Brocken Jr but as a lady!

Be aware that you may have found some glitches within her character... I just don't have the proper code on how to fix or disable it cause I need that sample-based code on the wall jump of Chun Li... 

But I hope you like her! Surely she doesn't disappoint your playstyle!
