9th Character... Ready to Kick Bubblegum!

1) New Character added!!
"Introducing Lucy Jones! A Grappling Judo Character. She was meant to be imitating a character in Fighting of School, Katty Jones. Lucy was fanmade as a related to her but a rival. So just like any indie fighting game, the universe is like a gamer's dream... 

I will hopefully clear up the patches and regulations of her playstyle and gameplay. I tried to fix as many problems as possible in this character cause coding throws in states file is too hard, but I think to get the hang of it.
